Actually the law does not prohibits you from such type of activity, if you have completed the age of 18 years as it's your legal right, which is mentioned in the Constitution of India.
This is not an offence in India as per law, but it may be immoral to your Family, society as in India such types of activities can be immoral or unethical as per our SMAJ.
When you are going to book a Room in a Hotel (either online or offline) Book that room with your proper Identify with a valid address and phone number because it's necessary to protect you as it will be protect you in future by any misshapen.
In case Police Raids the Hotel what should to do by you ?
If the Police Officer asks you, disclose your name and address which you have entered in the Hotel Register at a time of booking hotel, answer politely and gently.
In case if the Police Officer threatening to you or your partner, and also threatening to arrest both of you, then you are behaving like a Indecent public.
Your Answer should be clear "with confident' That now we are in a Hotel room and this is a Private place and we have deposited our proper documents in the Hotel counter and you can verify them with the staff of that hotel.
If the Police Officer makes your video graphy or photo you have to protest strongly this is a Invasion of our privacy under Article-21 of the Indian Constitution of india And we will also complaint to your senior officer or otherwise we will file a complaint case under section 200 of Crpc to the Magistrate.
Safe Side for Boys - it's most important for Boys -
When you are going to book a Room in a Hotel, book that room in the name of your Girlfriend with her Signature in the Hotel Register .
In this situation neither the police officer or nor her parents alleges you under section 362 IPC "Abduction".
